Im just glad that the marketers of the PALM gave recognition to Mos Def's "Quiet Dog Bite Hard" sound clip for their commercial.

Hip Hop Hooraayyy...

The photographed image is just as questionable as the title of this article. Pushing boundaries? Well this is a billboard for denim for the clothing line, Akoo, by rapper T.I. What is this photo suggesting? Well Newark, New Jersey residents suggest a sexual act. Her hands are clearly pulling down his pants, head on the thigh.
There are countless ways of advertising denim; it could have been a couple walking and the photographer focuses on the jeans….simple as that.
Is this what the darker skinned model is reduced to? An executive director at CBS outdoor says, “It was a sexy, racy fashion ad, as they so often are.” Yeah, yeah, yeah sex sells right? Clearly demeaning women does. Well…comment away!
PS. I don’t know if you noticed his hand behind her head , smh*
*smh: shaking my head (in disgust)

Imagine a Boat Accident...In Antarctica
A Japanese Whaling vessel collides with a U.S.-activist vessel in Antarctica. Accident or on purpose? You be the judge!

How Do You Define Success?
I got the chance for interview a very interesting woman a week ago. She is an author, humanitarian, motivational speaker, mother, just to name a few. She was actually crowned Miss Connecticut, along with Miss Congeniality at an international pageant. Well, I started off the interview with asking her, How do you define success?
That sparked a good flow for conversation. She mentioned doing what you love, she also mentioned getting paid for doing what you love. I think that is a great answer because, once you are doing what you love, you will never "work" another day in your life.
Are you successful, and how are you going to get there? You are unstoppable!
